Ipanema and Leblon are just beside Copacabana. They're a lot more relaxed and slightly more chic. This is the home of the bikini and tangas (tiny bikinis).

There's a very friendly, family orientated atmosphere here. The water is intense blue and the sand is soft, white and spotlessly clean.
