Rua das Tabajaras parallels the waterfront in Praia de Iracema.
Arco do Teles is located in an alley just off the Praça XV. The whole area is lined with restaurants and cafes. It has over 15 bars and botequins.
This is a beautiful part of the city with perfectly preserved colonial two-story walk-ups set on narrow cobblestone streets. Just walking around streets and admiring the architecture is a delight.
Arco do Teles is one of the most popular places in Rio. It also gets incredibly packed. Make sure to get here early - after ten your chances of getting a seat are quite slim!
